Mainly for the WtE boiler and Biomass boiler's fuel containing corrosion properties of high chlorine and alkali metal salt.

by overlay welding an alloy that is resistant to chlorine and alkali corrosion at high temperatures, such as INCONEL625, INCONEL622, 686CPT, especially the INCONEL625 alloy has been used in WtE boiler for a long time. Overlay welding protective design in WtE boiler has become "standard" . Overlay welding can significantly extend the service life of the boiler. For example, the corrosion resistance of INCONEL625 is more than 10 times that of common carbon steel (such as 20G)or low alloy steel (such as 12Cr1MoVG), and the annual corrosion rate is less than 0.2mm/year.
