It is mainly aimed at the corrosion of power station boilers, such as subcritical pulverized coal boilers and (ultra) supercritical pulverized coal boilers, due to the use of reducing atmosphere under low Nox combustion and low rank coal (such as high sulfur coal,lignite), etc. A layer of high temperature corrosion-resistant nickel base alloy, such as Inconel622, 72m, 686CPT, etc., can be overlaid on the membrane wall and superheater&reheater, which can achieve good anti-corrosion and anti-erosion effects.

Installed a weld overlay panel in a supercritical boiler corrosion serious area，after 1 year, the upper part bare tube are seriously corroded, the lower part tube with weld overlay are nearly no corrosion, and the weld texture are clear and visible.
