Gonghe (Tiegang) Facility

Gonghe (Tiegang) Facility located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, at the west part of the Pearl River Delta, close to the high speed way and international port, which enjoy a convienient transportation. Currently, the facility has about 700 employees, covers an area of about 136,700 m², with more than 90,000m² of workshop.

Gonghe (DaAo) Production Base

Gonghe (DaAo) production base covers an area of about 143,200㎡, with more than 90,000㎡ of workshop, about 6 kilometers away from Gonghe (Tiegang) Facility. Main products: are boiler manufacturing and cladding, products for power plant, HRSG, Steel structure, pressure vessel.

Vietnam Facility

Pourin Vietnam facility is is located in Haiphong City, Nan Dinh Vu Industrial Zone, only 3km away from the international port. It covers an area of about 150,000 ㎡, with about 100,000 ㎡ of workshop. The primary cladding materials are INCO622, INCO625, ER309L, and MG250.

Membrane Wall

After more than 10 years of exploration and continuous improvement, currently, Pourin is one of the global largest, standardized, and professional cladding manufacturer of boiler anti-corrosion and anti-erosion. The membrane wall weld overlay equipments are completely developed by Pourin. From design, manufacture, installation, commission and production each step has been constantly improved. Header

The header weld overlay equipments are completely developed by Pourin. From design, manufacture, installation, commission and production each step has been constantly improved. Pourin adopts core patented technology and Pulsed GMAW with accurate control of parameter to achieve high quality claddings. The header cladding thickness uniformity and dilution rate can meet client’s technical specifications. It is mainly applied for the header which are partly or completely in the furnace of the waste to energy (WtE) boiler for optimal surface protection.

Superheater /Economizer

Pourin is specialized in offering automatic weld overlay process for boiler corrosion and erosion protection, which can help operators or owners of power plants to reduce high maintenance cost. Good solution to replace tube shields for boiler critical components such as Superheater /Reheater/Economizer, anti-corrosion and anti-erosion.

Membrane Wall

In order to ensure the membrane wall panel dimension and welding beams quality, Pourin independently developed membrane wall panel machines, locates the tube and fin separately in the welding process, so as to make the membrane wall panel dimensions, e.g. the linear misalignment, length, pitch, straightness and flatness can be controlled in high precision. Operated by our professional technicians and engineers, the membrane water wall panel welding process are stable with smooth welding beams.

Pourin’s header production line has equipped with all kinds of drilling machines, CNC machining centers, automatic beveling machines, automatic welding equipment, combined with rich welding experience, to provide customers with high quality headers.

Superheater /Economizer

Pourin is equipped with a complete set of high automation and precision coil production lines including: tube end pretreatment, three-dimensional storage storehouse, straight pipe butt welding machine, flaw detection system, pipe bending platform, controlling good quality of tube ovality and thickness thinning.

By adopting self-developed welding equipments, Pourin offers high quality overlay composite tube which needed under special working conditions, such as cladding austenitic stainless steel, nickel base alloy and so on. The overlay composite tube has smooth surface and high flatness with a low out-of-roundness after the surface treatment, which are suitable for all kinds of boilers and equipment with high installation accuracy. The overlay composite tube can be mass produced or single customized which depends on client’s requirements. The material and specification of base metal as well as the material and thickness of cladding metal can be developed according to customer’s needs.
