The header weld overlay equipments are completely developed by Pourin. From design, manufacture, installation, commission and production each step has been constantly improved.

Pourin adopts core patented technology and Pulsed GMAW with accurate control of parameter to achieve high quality claddings. The header cladding thickness uniformity and dilution rate can meet client’s technical specifications. It is mainly applied for the header which are partly or completely in the furnace of the waste to energy (WtE) boiler for optimal surface protection.
